Membership & court hire

Follow these 3 easy steps:

• STEP 1: Register 
  • Register with our booking system & payment provider, www.sportyhq.com (Go to Çreate Account option in top-right).
  • When you log in to SportyHQ, you should see your profile.
  • On the left-hand side, click 'My profile' then 'Edit my profile'.
  • Then you should see an Options menu. Select 'Enrolled sports', then 'Squash (Singles)'. The 'Squash singles) needs to be selected for the booking system to be activated.
• STEP 2: Become a member 
  • Become a member of Sydney CBD Squash Club (only members of this club can book a court).
  • Login to Sporty HQ using your newly created account and type 'Sydney CBD Squash Club'in the search function (top-left).
  • Click to join the club and fill out the membership form.
    • Please fill in all questions asked as they are required under the NSW Registered Clubs Act (1976 No.31).
  • Initial membership is $30 per annum then $25 per annum thereafter.
• STEP 3: Book a court
  • Once you join, an option of 'Sydney CBD Squash Club' will appear in your options on the left-hand-side of the screen.
  • Select this option and it will take you to the booking sheet.
  • Payment for court hire is via credit card only.
  • Squash courts are located within 'A registered club'.

Note: Sporty HQ & Sydney CBD Squash Club terms and conditions are explained when you sign up. Please read these carefully before you register for Sporty HQ.

Court hire rates

NOTES:

• Peak times are from 11:45am-2pm and 5pm-close.
• Cancellation policy is free up to the day BEFORE the booking, otherwise full payment will be required.

Court times

Castlereagh Club opening Hours:

• Mon – Thursday: 6.00am – 9.00pm
• Friday: 6.00am – 7.00pm
• Saturday: 9.00am – 4.00pm

Booking time slots:

• 6:00am-9:30am - 1 hour time slots
• 9.30am-close - 45 min time slots.

Members will be limited to two peak period bookings per week and bookings can be made 14 days in advance.
